Our cabin rents (fully furnished, with cleaning and linens weekly) for$3000 CDN per month in the summer (plus utilities). For longer term and winter rental, or for short term rental please contact us with your specific requirements for a rental rate.
Swordfern will accommodate up to 7 people, with one queen sized bed in the bedroom and 2 beds and cot in the loft. There is a full kitchen, bath and shower. There is high speed internet, a washer and dryer. Swordfern is private and secluded, on its own 2 Acre lot with strata common property on three sides.
Swordfern Cottage is located on Meadow Valley Properties on Thetis Island, which is a 206 Acre Strata with private roads and 75 Acres of shared private greenspace, including waterfront, forest, lakes and trails which give good access to walking on the rest of the island. The lake outside your living room window is home to many species of birds, and also attracts many migratory species.
Thetis Island is relaxed, rural, peaceful and
crime-free. Ideally suited for recreation and family. Diverse outdoor recreational
opportunities are available on the island and nearby. Thetis combines seclusion
with convenience and is a perfect base from which to explore the potential of
southern Vancouver Island.
